I’m really pleased with this frequency generator. It’s straightforward to operate, compact in size, and features a simple layout that’s a breeze to set up and tweak. It comes with plenty of frequency presets so you can test out various frequencies and working modes freely. It runs off Type‑C power supply, which is super practical, and the whole unit is lightweight and easy to carry around.
7.83 Hz is definitely my favorite setting by far. The buttons are intuitive and easy to figure out. It works wonderfully for unwinding day-to-day, meditation sessions, and creating a calm, soothing ambient atmosphere. I’m planning to order a second one as a gift for my mom.

"This compact unit is solidly built, long-lasting and super simple to use. I’ve had it for a week, and I can genuinely tell my sleep quality is gradually improving night after night. I’m 35 years old, and chronic poor sleep with a lack of deep, restful sleep has long been the biggest obstacle to my physical well-being.
Its performance has totally surpassed my expectations, and I’m really satisfied with it. I’m going to purchase a second device. The first one sits beside my bed running on the official recommended sleep mode. I plan to experiment with suitable daytime settings on the second unit and place it in another room of my house.
I feel noticeably better overall lately. My puppy curls up tightly in its bed at night and stays perfectly still without wandering or stirring once through the whole night. It creates such a peaceful, tranquil vibe for both of us, and the device operates completely silently with zero audible noise.
To verify that it’s functioning normally, I set the small acrylic disc on top of the machine every night before turning off the lights. I watch the bead inside the disc wiggle around for a moment to confirm the device is running properly, then remove the disc afterward. My overall experience has been excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend this device, and I hope it delivers equally great results for everyone else who tries it!"
